H.M. “Todd” Hellman is a 1991 graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton, where he received a B.A. degree in Political Science. Todd earned his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1994, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Mr. Hellman is admitted to the New York, New Jersey and Florida State bars, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Prior to joining MSSSV, Mr. Hellman was an associate at a no-fault insurance defense firm, where he litigated insurance coverage matters involving purposefully staged accidents and fraudulently incorporated health care providers.

Mr. Hellman is an experienced civil litigator who has handled a wide variety of cases involving personal injury, commercial, insurance defense and family law.
