Kiera J. Meehan graduated cum laude in 1999 from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. Kiera earned her J.D./M.S. Mass Communications from Boston University in 2003. Her student note, Installation of Internet Filters in Public Libraries: Protection of Children and Staff vs. The First Amendment was published in the Spring 2003 issue of the Boston University School of Law Public Interest Law Journal. Kiera is admitted to practice law in the New York State courts.
