Timothy J. Murphy graduated from St. John's University in 1983 with a B.S. in Economics. He obtained his J.D. degree from New York Law School in 1986. He was admitted to the bar in New York State in 1987 and is also admitted to practice law in the Federal Court(Eastern and Southern Districts of New York).

Mr. Murphy is an experienced litigator in the fields of premises liability, products liability, construction accidents and automobile/trucker liability. He has tried over 150 cases to verdict. He has successfully represented national common carriers and Fortune 500 companies directly and for insurers during his 20 year career.
